How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible using one of the following methods:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your originally scheduled pickup time. Requests made within 24 hours may be accommodated on a best-effort basis but may be denied or treated as a cancellation subject to the fees above. Rescheduled reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure the best chance of accommodation.
No-Show Policy
Your reservation is considered a no-show if:
- You are not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time
- You cannot be reached by your chauffeur via the phone number provided at the time of booking
No-show reservations are non-refundable. Your chauffeur will attempt to contact you by phone before departing the pickup location.
Airport Pickups
For airport pickup reservations, we actively monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time to accommodate customs, baggage claim, and other arrival procedures.
Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, road emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, Luna Limo Services may need to reschedule your reservation. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered at no penalty to the customer. If the trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be provided.
