Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Payments

All reservations must be confirmed with valid payment information. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service type and trip details. Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive an official confirmation from Luna Limo Services, including a booking reference number. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable fees as outlined during the booking process, including service fees and payment processing fees.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone at (206) 483-7440 or by email at reservations@lunalimoservices.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. No-Show Policy

A reservation is considered a no-show if the customer is not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, or if the customer cannot be reached by the assigned chauffeur via the phone number provided at the time of booking. No-show reservations are non-refundable. Our chauffeur will attempt to contact you by phone before departing the pickup location.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pickup time. Requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be accommodated on a best-effort basis but may also be denied or treated as a cancellation subject to the applicable cancellation fees. Rescheduled reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

The following additional charges may apply to your reservation:

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time to accommodate flight delays, customs, and baggage claim.

6. Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and our chauffeurs, smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Luna Limo vehicles. Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their service. Cleaning fees ranging from $250 to $500 minimum may be assessed if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning or repair as a result of passenger conduct. Luna Limo Services reserves the right to terminate a trip in progress if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Luna Limo Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, without refund, in cases of unsafe, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior by any passenger. This includes but is not limited to intoxication that poses a safety risk, verbal or physical aggression toward the chauffeur or other passengers, and any conduct that violates applicable laws.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Luna Limo Services shall not be held responsible for delays, route changes, or service interruptions caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, construction, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any reservation is limited to the total amount paid for that reservation. Luna Limo Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Modifications to Terms

Luna Limo Services reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
